Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €120. For orders under €120, standard rates apply: Denmark €3.99, Europe €9.99, rest of the world €14.75 per order. All prints are carefully packaged in sturdy tubes or flat mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
All orders ship from Denmark with track and trace. Delivery times for prints: Europe 2–7 business days, rest of the world 4–12 business days. Delivery times may be longer for some countries, remote cities, or islands. Original art and paintings are arranged individually between the purchaser and the artist.
You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. Custom-made pieces are excluded. Please contact us at hello@nokuko.com before returning for guidance. The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless otherwise arranged. See our full refund policy for details.
Our art prints are produced on high-quality papers selected by each artist. Options include 265G Fine Art Freja paper (preferred for art prints, preserving colour depth and gradation) and 230G Matt Enhanced paper (selected for photography with a smooth, neutral white finish). Original art materials are chosen by the artist and specified on each product page. All materials are selected with sustainability in mind. See our materials page for full details.
Selected original artworks are available with framing options. You can choose from our curated frame selection on the product page.
We do not offer framing for prints, as this ensures safer and more reliable worldwide shipping. We encourage you to support your local framing stores.
